Nate is a dynamic sports veteran with a multifaceted background encompassing professional tennis and platform tennis, pickleball, coaching, and professional management.
Nate also founded and leads one of the largest athletic court construction and installation companies in the country, selected as the court provider for many major professional and amateur pickleball tour events around the country.
With a rich history in athletics and deep industry connections, Nate brings a unique perspective and strategic insight to every opportunity.

Pablo’s extensive career history involves raising and managing capital, real estate acquisitions and sales, land development, and franchise operations. With a history of business successes, Pablo is driving the investment branch of PDI.
Having launched and funded several public real estate investment funds valued at over $83M, Pablo oversees the legal structure, funding guidances, governance and investment decisions for PDI.
An avid pickleball player (some may say obsessed), Pablo also competes and trains regularly while volunteering his time to local clubs and other players.
