Dave Conord — Co-Founder & CEO
For 30 years, Dave has built, scaled, and exited private and public companies across telecom, franchising, and real estate. Under his leadership, his companies have achieved national and international recognition for excellence while breaking industry growth records and reaching market caps of up to $11 Billion. He is known for scaling startups and rapid turn-arounds of failing platforms.
At PDI, Dave shares his experience with founders and pairs capital with the perspective of someone who has actually built what he funds.
Frank Panunto — Co-Founder & Chief Real Estate Officer
Frank brings 30 years of real estate development, business operations and leadership to PDI. Having led key development projects across the US, Frank then built a top team of sales professionals, catching the eye of the largest independent brokerage in the US. He was tapped to launch and scale offices in the Northeast, and has gone on to scale public, international firms at an award-winning pace.
At PDI, Frank combines transactional and negotiations artistry with the steady hand of a seasoned operator.
