Tim is a hospitality operator and deal-maker who has spent more than three decades inside the world of premium guest experience. His career includes serving as Tennis Director at the Fontainebleau Resort & Spa in Miami Beach; owning and operating the watersports concession at the Four Seasons Resort Great Exuma; serving as Managing Partner of a 112-foot Westport luxury charter yacht operating throughout the Bahamas and Caribbean; and acquiring and operating the Concordia Eco Resort in St. John, USVI, where he drove occupancy past 90%. Behind the operating record sits a private equity and real estate transactions career spanning more than $200 million in deal volume. Tim is a PPR Certified Pickleball Professional, a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional, and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach. As Director of Hospitality & Events for PDI Consulting, he leads the practice serving resorts, hotels, and hospitality groups integrating pickleball as a revenue driver, guest amenity, and brand differentiator.
