Pickleball Development & Investments LLC (PDI) is a vertically integrated platform built for the serious business of pickleball. We are the strategic, financial, and operational infrastructure layer that the industry needs—and that most founders have never had access to before. PDI is not a fan site, a gear brand, or a single-facility operator; we are the foundation for those scaling the sport.
PDI was founded by two serial entrepreneurs, Dave Conord and Frank Panunto, whose 15-year partnership spans family, sports, real estate, and business building. Together, they bring decades of hard-won operator experience to every engagement. Our approach is built on "battle scars" and shared values, providing authenticity and expertise rather than theory, hype, or shiny objects.
